Amelia was born in Brooklyn, raised in a small farm town, studied in Philadelphia, NYC, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Rome, Dubai, Sao Paulo and has been primarily based in Dubai, UAE for the past 6 years. During her time in Dubai, she has worked closely with people of more than 20 nationalities and remotely managed teams in India, Saudi Arabia, the US, and Canada.
Her wanderlust has brought her to 34 countries and counting. These numerous international experiences allow her to comfortably and effectively work with diverse teams.
She’s a natural project manager and takes joy in re-engineering processes and developing protocols to making companies more efficient and employees lives easier.
Her career has been primarily within marketing, from events to digital marketing. She has worked on both the client and agency side. She has performed marketing activities across several industries including: Automotive, Apparel, Health, Beauty, Travel, and predominantly Hospitality.
She has a special fondness for branding because she is able to build a company’s essence from scratch and help someone’s dreams become a reality. If you are just starting up a business and need help defining your brand, then you’ve come to the right place.
Having always been in a position of managing a project, program, event, team, campaign, or company’s operations has led her to focus where her talents and passions lie, project management. She is pursuing a PMP certificate and looking for remote job opportunities within that function.
